How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and we'll email you a reset link.

Why didn't my trivia load?

Check your internet connection and try again. Trivia needs a connection to generate fresh questions.

The Scan AI didn't recognize my photo.

Try a different angle, better lighting, or a more iconic view of the landmark. The AI works best with clear, well-known landmarks.

Can I use BrainTrip offline?

Yes — your saved trips, passport, and previously played trivia work offline. New trivia and AI scans require a connection.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at support@braintrip.dev from the address you signed up with and we'll delete your data within 7 days.

Is my data private?

Yes. We don't track you, sell your data, or use third-party advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What devices does BrainTrip support?

iPhone and iPad running iOS 15 or later. An Android version is on our roadmap.
